Soundz & Vibez Off-Broadway
Mike Geffner’s Inspired Word, one of New York City’s most popular indie performance series, presents Soundz & Vibez Off-Broadway, featuring three extraordinary musical acts:
Drawing influence from a powerhouse lineup of female artists from Olivia Rodrigo's raw emotion to Avril Lavigne's edgy, rock n' roll, singer/songwriter Annabelle and her band craft a sound that's both energetic and deeply personal - a blend where girl-pop meets garage-rock energy. Last year she released "Comparison," "Traumablind," and "Clockwork," three singles showcasing her maturing artistry and knack for catchy melodies.
Based in Brooklyn and Los Angeles, Isabelle Lee is a Taiwanese-Irish American musician who sings, composes, improvises, and plays guitar & piano. She is currently getting her master's degree in Depth Psychology & Creativity and works as a music teaching artist and children's songwriting teacher. Isabelle’s path has led her to become a heart-centered sonic artist who shares the medicine that is music with diverse communities in a way that’s accessible, empowering, collaborative, and healing.
Rapper Radheya and Singer Victoria is a father-daughter musical duo. Radheya is corporate executive turned rapper. He speaks to the most important issues of our time, from geopolitics, to economics, to mental health. He draws inspiration from artists / activists such as The Last Poets, Gil Scott, Ice Cube, and Public Enemy. His daughter Victoria is a classically trained singer as well as a stage performer. She has starred in productions of The Music Man, Hook, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Her musical influences include Celine Dion, Ariana Grande, and Taylor Swift. Radheya and Victoria team up to deliver a high energy, engaging performance.
