Felece Tillman is an accomplished Indie Soul-Jazz vocalist, songwriter, and performer whose music reflects a powerful blend of soul, jazz, and R&B influences. With a 4-octave vocal range and a signature tone that is both rich and emotionally resonant, Felece brings depth, storytelling, and authenticity to every performance.
A Washington, D.C. native, Felece holds a degree in Vocal Music Performance from Virgina Union University, where she honed her craft among some of the top emerging talent in the jazz and soul genres. With over 30 years of experience in the music industry, she has performed at premier venues such as The Caryle Room, Tin Pan and the legendary Blues Alley.
Her most recent EP, 'Soulful Tales', has gained critical acclaim and strong radio support in both the U.S. and UK. Tracks from the project peaked at # 7 on the UK Soul Chart, reached #1 on Amazon UK’s R&B New Releases, and received features in over 18 music publications worldwide. Felece’s dynamic live shows, heartfelt songwriting, and elegant style continue to win over audiences and industry tastemakers alike.
Dr. Steven Garrison is a renown saxophonist from the DC Metropolitan area, who plays with Regina Belle (8 years), Marcus Johnson and Cameo to name a few. Steve has embarked on his SOLO career by selling out shows at Blues Alley, Tin Pan and performing at the Lake Arbor Jazz Festival..His ELECTRIFYING performance will have you on the edge of your seat asking for more!
Steven has also been given the opportunity to share the stage with artist such as Trouble Funk, Chuck Brown, Sugar Bear, Chrisette Michele, Bootsy Collins, Gary Taylor, The Manhattans, Tank, KRS One, Anthony Hamilton, Javon Jackson, Sonny Fortune, Jimmy Owens, Hugh Maskela and Bobby Watson. In September of 2011, Steven had the opportunity to perform for President Obama and the “First Family” at the Congressional Black Caucus. In July 2017, Steven founded Steven Garrison Music, LLC which he uses to provide musical services such as performances, private lessons, composing, arranging, and master classes. Steven never forgets to put God first in his life for it is Him who has blessed Steven with this talent and ministry.
