Members of Gotham Rock Choir, NYC's first Rock, Pop & Soul Choir (now in its 15th year), get "unplugged" from the group and grab the mic to belt out their own favorite tunes!
GOTHAM ROCK CHOIR is NYC’s first choir devoted to the performance of Rock, Pop and Soul Music. GRC was formed in 2009 to provide singers of all skill levels a chance to explore contemporary music in a safe, supportive environment, to provide an alternative to the city’s traditional concert choirs and to bring a much-needed sense of “cool” to group singing! GRC has performed on NBC’s “Today” Show, sung in the National Tour of Broadway’s “Rocktopia” with Dee Snider and Constantine Maroulis, performed with Universal Platinum recording artists The Tenors at their annual holiday show at Town Hall and concertized at various venues throughout NYC.
