The Andy Statman Trio
The Andy Statman Trio highlights the virtuosity of one of the world's most admired Klezmer clarinetists, Andy Statman, who also is among the world's greatest mandolin virtuosos.
Accompanied by drummer Larry Eagle and bassist Jim Whitney, the trio weaves between the music of Eastern European Jewish celebrations and the joyous melodies of the American South.
The Andy Statman Trio shares a double bill with Andy Statman's Bluegrass band Andy's Ramble, featuring acclaimed Bluegrass vocalist Gene Yellin.
