New Dominion Chorale
Enjoy an afternoon of Broadway and Operetta, as romance, comedy, spectacular singing, and springtime joy are woven into New Dominion Chorale’s performance on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 4 p.m. in the Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall, Alexandria, VA. The concert will feature sparkling selections from Johann Strauss’s Der Fledermaus, Brahms, and Gilbert and Sullivan. Irresistible melodies from Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hammerstein, and Gershwin. Special arrangements by Artistic Director Thomas Beveridge are performed by the 120-voice New Dominion Chorale and renowned soloists Tracy Olivera and Bob MacDonald. Internationally acclaimed pianist Thomas Pandolfi is the soloist in Gershwin’s dazzling Rhapsody in Blue. The concert also features Thomas Pandolfi and Frank Conlon as duo pianists with New Dominion Chorale in selections from Brahm’s Liebeslieder Waltzes.
