Soul Trombonist Herm Hopkins celebrates the music of one of his wonderful mentor Lou Donaldson. Since meeting at the Left Bank Jazz Society in 2000, they have been in beautiful relationships. Lou Donalson is one of Herm's greatest inspirations and was a huge supporter of his career. Herm Hopkins will reminisce about the sweet papa Lou Donaldson with the Eric Byrd Trio.
